Electric Vehicle Participation in Regional Grid Demand Response: Potential Analysis Model and Architecture Planning

When a large-scale random charging load is connected to the regional power grid, it can negatively affect safe and stable operation of grid. Therefore, we need study its response potential in advance so that electric vehicles interact well with grid after being Firstly, analyzing influencing factors vehicle ownership, an ownership prediction model based on sparrow search algorithm-improved BP neural network (SSA-BPNN) established. On this basis, established Monte Carlo algorithm (SSA-BPNN-MC). Secondly, behavior different types analyzed modeled, data from certain area are taken as example for prediction. Then, according forecasting results, participating demand region future deeply using scenario analysis method. Finally, aim resolving problems massive multi-source heterogeneous processing management response, basic framework developed, which provides effective support promoting participate response.
